Primary renal glucosuria is defined by an increased urinary glucose excretion in a patient with a normal blood glucose concentration. It’s a benign disorder. In this article; a patient who admitted to hospital with complaints of polyuria and polydipsia was presented. The patient with glucosuria who had normal blood glucose has been diagnosed primary renal glucosuria and clinical and laboratory findings and differential diagnosis of this disorders was reviewed.
