The significance of dectecting the serous concentration of CA125 and CA199 in the patient with diabetes mellitus 2

2008
Objective To explore the serous concentration and clinical significance of tumor marker CA125 and CA199 in the patients with diabetes mellitus 2(D2 m).Methods The serous concentration of CA125 and CA199 were detected in 110 D2 m patients (D2 m group),100 normal persons as control group. Results The serous concentration of CA125 and CA199 was respectectly (11.5±4.1) U/ml and (10.8±3.5) U/ml in control group, and (20.6±10.6)U/ml(positive ratio 13.6%),(12.1±4.0)U/ml (positive ratio 0.9%) in D2 m group. Conclusion The serous concentration of CA125 in patient with D2 m is higher, compared with control group(P0.05),and there is no significant in CA199.The high concentration of CA125 can appear in the nonmagnifiant diseases.
