Use of a compound of general formula I, in which is made: n is 1-5; R2 is OA; R3 and R4 are selected, in each case independently of one another, from H and OA; I being selected from H, C1-3 alkyl or a group wherein R6 and R7, independently of one another, are an alkyl or aryl; R5 is C1-3 alkyl; R1 is a group selected from wherein X is selected from S, O or NH; it being possible for the compound of formula I as racemate or as enantiomer (R) or pure (S); and physiologically acceptable salts of these compounds, for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of endogenous or organic depressions which are not in connection Parkinson's disease.
