The invention is a mixture of oxidation catalyst for hydrogen chloride produced, first by water absorbent Unreacted hydrogen chloride, concentrated sulfuric acid followed by dehydration, the remaining mixture into the pressure swing adsorption separation apparatus. The pressure swing adsorption apparatus comprising at least two adsorption columns units, the loaded adsorbent in the adsorption tower of at least one of the volume fraction of activated carbon 0-50% silica and activated carbon, mixed gas by adsorption, equalization, rinse, desorption step after obtaining a purity of 99.2% or more of chlorine, the exhaust gas is adsorbed 99.5% purity oxygen, chlorine and oxygen recovery reached 98.5%. The method is particularly suitable for the oxidation of hydrogen chloride gas mixture separation and recovery of chlorine and oxygen, the process is simple, high-chlorine, oxygen recovery and purity, economic good environmental benefits.
