System Problems in the Development of Ultralight-Class Launch Vehicles

We examine system problems in developing launch vehicles in the ultralight class as a modification of the basic meteorological rocket. Reasonable parameters for the ultralight launch vehicle of such type are determined. It is shown that this project can be implemented efficiently.
