Study on Burning Point & the Corrosion Resistance & the Mechanical Property of Magnesium Alloy

In this paper, enhancing the burning point and improving the corrosion resistance and the mechanical property of magnesium and magnesium alloy with the method of alloying are introduced .The factors effect the burning point and corrosion resistance and the mechanical property of magnesium alloy are studied through a serial of experiments. Result shows that the burning point as well as the corrosion resistance and the mechanical property can be greatly improved by adding alloying elements of Ca and Zn.
