The training apparatus has the advantages that the training apparatus is combined with human kinematics principles, the rotary shafts are driven by the motors to rotate, then the pull straps are driven to ascend, and accordingly the training apparatus can assist a user to lift the legs; the legs of the user can be trained, and the training apparatus is beneficial to restoring the leg movement ability of the user; the training apparatus is simple in structure, easy to operate and low in cost.
