Effects of lipopotysaccharide on immunoactivity of inducible ni-tric oxide synthase in the lung, small intestine and spleen of youngrats

目的探讨内毒素(LPS)对幼龄大鼠肺、小肠和脾内诱导性一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的影响.方法用免疫组织化学方法显示iNOS免疫活性表达.结果 LPS可增加肺、小肠和脾内巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞iNOS的表达.结论 iNOS在不同细胞和器官的表达与注射LPS后的病理变化密切相关.
