Flow-through meter for the average power and energy of industrial laser installations

The principle underlying the construction of a flow-through meter for average laser power and energy, its characteristic features, and the basis for choosing the principal system elements is described. The results of experimental investigations of the metrologic characteristics, the prospects of using the instrument, and possible ways of its upgrading are reported.
