The major clue here is branched vessels with rounded endings. Poromas are uncommon, benign sweat gland tumors that are clinically and dermatoscopically challenging to diagnose. Pigmented poromas are very rare and may mimic melanoma and basal cell carcinoma dermatoscopically. Characteristic features of poromas are branched vessels with rounded endings, as well as white interlacing areas around vessels.
