The invention discloses a 12V direct-current air cooling control module used for monitoring and controlling the rotary speed of a fan freely, saving energy consumption and reducing noise. The 12V direct-current air cooling control module provided by the invention consists of a backboard connector, a hot plug circuit, a filtering decoupling circuit, a high-frequency (PWM) control circuit and a fan connector; the hot plug circuit consists of a filter, a first voltage divider, a current detection resistor, a hot plug controller, a timer, a second voltage divider and a switch tube; the filtering decoupling circuit consists of a common filter and four branched filters; and the high-frequency PWM control circuit consists of a pulse-width modulation controller and a signal electric level presetting circuit. The 12V direct-current air cooling control module provided by the invention can be used for monitoring and controlling the rotary speed of the fan freely and can realize the operations of hot plugging, replacement and the like for the fan, thereby saving a great amount of electricity energy, reducing noise greatly, prolonging the service life of the fan and reducing the operation cost of the system.
