A disposable absorbent undergarment comprising: a topsheet (11) permeable to liquids; a back sheet (12) impermeable to liquids; a core (13) liquid absorbent between the topsheet and backsheet; a laminate comprising the topsheet, the backsheet and the core and having a front section (7), a rear section (8) and a crotch section (14) interposed between the front section and rear section; first and second edges (15) of the leg openings, in the form of arc shaped cutouts generally circular in transversely opposite sides of the crotch section; stretchable elastic members (16, 17, 18) extending generally along each of the first and second edges defining the leg openings; comprising the first elastic members and second elastic parts (16a, 16b) of the front half, which mainly extend along first and second front halves (14a) of the first and second edges defining the leg openings, the first and second resilient portions (17a, 17b) of the rear half, which first mainly extend along first and second rear half (14b) of the first and second edges defining the leg openings and and second elastic parts (18a, 18b) forming core extending longitudinally on transversely opposite sides of the section crotches, wherein said first elastic portion (18a) core forming no intersects any of said elastic portions (16a , 17a) of the first front half and rear half of the first, and wherein said second resilient portion (18b) forming core not intersecting any to such resilient portions (16b, 17b) of the second front half and the second rear half, wherein the first elastic part (18a) said core forming longitudinally extending beyond the end of crotch elastic parts ( 16a, 17a) of the first front half and / or the first rear half, and the second elastic portion (18b) forming core extends longitudinally beyond the end of crotch elastic portions (16b, 17b) of the second and front / rear half or the second half.
