The display device comprises a main body base plate and at least one flexible circuit board fixed at the edge of the main body base plate, wherein the main body base plate is provided with a central display region and a peripheral wire arrangement region; the peripheral wire arrangement region is internally provided with a conductor wire end; the flexible circuit board comprises a substrate and a driving circuit formed on the substrate; and a connection end of the driving circuit is in corresponding contact with at least one part of the conductor wire end of the main body base plate, so as to form circuit connection between the driving circuit and the main body base plate. Based on the array base plate and the manufacturing method thereof as well as the display device, the condition that light leaks from the lower edge of a curved-surface display device under a dark state can be improved, the brightness uniformity and contrast ratio of a product under the dark state can be easily improved, and the display effect is improved.
