Electronic transfer control device and control method thereof of underground tramcar goods

The invention discloses an electronic transfer control device and a control method of underground tramcar goods. The electronic transfer control device comprises active vehicle electronic labels, passive vehicle electronic labels, a portable manual device and a stationary card reader. The control method comprises the following steps that: each tramcar is provided with one active vehicle electronic label and one passive vehicle electronic label; when the goods are loaded, goods information is input into the active vehicle electronic label through a manual device by loading staff; the information of the active vehicle electronic label of the delivered tramcar is collected and counted by utilizing the manual device by delivery drivers before the goods are delivered; when delivering, the delivery drivers send a goods list to the manual device of goods receiving staff in a wireless way; and the goods receiving staff check the content of the active vehicle electronic labels one by one through the manual device to contrast and confirm and then send the feedback to the manual device of the delivery drivers to finish delivering. According to the electronic transfer control device and the control method, the distribution efficiency of mine goods is efficiently improved, and the problems of inconvenience and inefficiency existing in the paper delivery receipt form adopted in the mine working environment are solved.
