On isolated neurons of Lymnaea stagnal with use of a method of an intracellular dialysis and fixing of membranes potential it is shown dose-dependent and reversible influence of cocaine and morphine on calcium, sodium and potassium ionic channels. Cocaine activated calcium and slow potassium ion currents, and morphine only slow potassium ion currents and it's action was stronger, than cocaine.
