Periocular sebaceous gland carcinoma

A case of periocular sebaceous gland carcinoma is reported. An 84-year-old female patient had a 6-week history of eyelids tumor. There were two dark red tender tumors with a sharp edge and a smooth surface on the eyelids of her right eye. Each lumor was 2.4 cm in diameter. Two tumors were coalesced. The diagnosis was established by means of histopathology.
