CASE REPORT Surgical strategies for rheumatoid arthritis

Surgical treatment could be considered as one of the most important advances in treating rheumatoid arthritis in the past 30 years. The sequence of surgical treatment for patients with multiple joint involvement, however, is still controversial. This report states the principles of planning surgical strategies in the light of two cases of polyarthritis.
