Genetic mapping of the structural gene for antithrombin III to human chromosome 1

Using a purified cDNA probe of human antithrombin III (AT3) gene and a series of human/Chinese hamster cell hydrids, we established the chromosomal location of the structural gene for AT3 in human chromosome 1 by Southern blot analysis.
