The invention discloses a method for identifying a parking road segment in a vehicle track based on a dynamic threshold. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a vehicle passing track of traffic block ports which are successively passed by a target vehicle according to a time sequence, the number of traffic block ports which are passed by the target vehicle is n, the block ports which are passed by the target vehicle is km, the time in passing each traffic block port is tm, and the process tracks of the target vehicle are represented by (k1,t1), (k2,t2),..., (kn,tn); dividing the vehicle passing track of the target vehicle in passing through the traffic block ports for obtaining (n-1) block port pairs which are represented by ((k1,t1),(k2,t2)),..., ((kn-1,tn-1),(kn,tn)); acquiring vehicle passing data of each block port pair in a preset time period, analyzing the vehicle passing data, obtaining the dynamic threshold of each block port pair and time consumption of the target vehicle in passing through each block port pair, and determining whether the target vehicle stops at the road segment which corresponds with a certain block port pair.
