Prevention of Restlessness during Awake of Compound Remifentanil Anesthesia:Effect of Fentanyl

Objective: To observe preventive effects of fentanyl on restlessness during awake of compound remifentanil anesthesia.Methods:A total of 120 with ASA who were anesthetized with compound remifentanil were assigned at group Ⅰ(n=60) to receive fentanyl(2μg/kg,iv) before 15 minutes completion of operation,and group Ⅱ(n=60) to receive fentanyl(1.5μg/kg.h,pump) during operation.And incidence of restlessness was recorded.Results:The incidence of restlessness in group Ⅱ was significantly decreased compared with that in group Ⅰ(P0.01).Conclusions:Restlessness during awake of compound remifentanil anesthesia can be prevented by pumping 1.5μg/(kg·h) fentanyl during operation.
