Recuperación del par cinemático pin-buje del cargador frontal Komatsu asistida por computadoras

One of the applications of the Komatsu WA900-3 front loaders is related to the collection of ore from open-cast mines. The clamping pins that are part of the blade of this charger have a high number of failures, mainly because they are in an environment of high contamination and are subject to great efforts. These breakages increase operational costs and affect their availability. This article presents a technology for the recovery of the kinematic pin-bushing pair of the Komatsu WA900-3 front loader with CAD / CAM tools. The technology of the recovery process was obtained and the analysis of efforts, costs and environmental impact, assisted by computers. This article illustrates the process carried out and shows the fundamental results.
