Peran Iklim Komunikasi Internal Dalam Meningkatkan Employee Engagement Untuk Mengomuni- kasikan Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

This literature study discusses about the role of internal communication climate over employee engagement so that employees participate in communicating the implementation of CSR to external parties. Results show that internal communication climate can be measured using the Dennis communication climate survey (Dennis, 1974), while employee engagement measured by using the AON Hewitt (2015), and CSR communication measured by derivative definitions from Podnar (2008). Good employee engagement will encourage the employee to engage in communicating the implementation of CSR to eksternal stakeholders. The internal communication climate also has a strategic and central roles in the company so that it will affect the productivity and the reputation of the company.
