Medicament for inhibiting endothelial cell of cerebral vessels to secrete prostaglandin E2

2007
The invention discloses a drug for inhibiting brain vascular endothelial cells from secreting prostaglandin E2. The drug is composed of six allyl benzene compounds, namely, 2-methoxy cinnamic aldehyde, 2-methoxy cinnamic alcohol, 2-methoxy cinnamic acid, cinnamic aldehyde, cinnamic alcohol and cinnamic acid, and can inhibit the brain vascular endothelial cells from secreting prostaglandin E2. Additionally, the drug can also be used for curing cerebral and cerebrovascular diseases caused by the over-expression of the prostaglandin E2.
