Method for strengthening deep soft soil foundation by sealing

The invention discloses a method for strengthening a deep soft soil foundation by sealing, belonging to a soft soil foundation treatment method. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) dividing the deep soft soil foundation into a plurality of zones in the routing direction, and arranging a vertical impermeable isolating wall at the edge of a structure; 2) arranging a vertical impermeable isolating wall at the boundary of the zones, and connecting the vertical impermeable isolating wall and the vertical impermeable isolating wall at the edge of the structure; 3) when the structure is relatively wide, arranging an impermeable isolating wall in the middle part of the foundation; 4) after the construction of the impermeable isolating walls is finished, spreading an impermeable geo-gasket on the surface of the foundation, and uniting the impermeable geo-gasket and the impermeable isolating walls arranged on the periphery to form an integrated sealing system; and 5) performing embankment filling and subsequent construction. The manufacturing cost for strengthening the deep soft soil foundation by sealing is lower than that of a composite foundation, the construction period of the method is greatly shorter than that of a pre-pressing method, the defects of the two methods are avoided, and the method has important engineering significance and value.
