This chapter provides guidelines for the start-up organisation. It provides a correlation to predict the start-up time so that a good planning can be made and customers to receive the product can be informed prior to the start-up when the product will be delivered. It also provides guidelines for selecting the start-up leader and for composing the start-up team. It finally provides guidelines for a start-up plan and reporting.
