Nowadays, the topic of Corporate Governance (CG) is highly discussed. The aim of this paper is to introduce the meaning of the Holistic Competence. The right Social Maturity (SQ), the right Application Skills (AQ) and the right Professional Skills (IQ) of the Public Sector Authorities and an assertion of Principles of Corporate Governance issued by OECD is one of the ways how to effectively manage Public Sector in the Czech Republic.
