The invention discloses a method for adjusting the concentration of magnetic particles in a magnetic calcium alginate microfiber preparing process and belongs to the field of material synthesis based on a micro-channel. A device adopted in the method comprises a PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) micro-channel, seven injectors and four injection pumps. The four injection pumps push the injectors to inject raw material solutions into the PDMS micro-channel, the magnetic calcium alginate microfiber can be obtained at a main passage outlet, the size and the distance of magnetic micro oil drops in the generated microfiber are observed in real time under a microscope, and the flowing speed of the raw material solutions is adjusted in real time. The concentration of the magnetic particles in the calcium alginate microfiber can be adjusted in real time online by precisely controlling the flowing speed of the raw material solutions by the injection pumps, and the prepared microfiber is more flexible in maneuverability.
