Regional differentiation of information literacy in the Czech republic

The accessibility of information and communication technologies in the Czech Republic increases year to year, although the personal computer is not an everyday tool for all people. There are lot of factors (education, age) that effect the computer literacy of households. The unequal access by some members of society to information and communication technologies is called digital divide. Differences in technology access create a new type of social disparity that is present also among the regions in the Czech Republic.
