The method has the advantages that pure-phase Mg Ti O can be prepared by the aid of the method, and the average particle size of the Mg Ti O is smaller than 100 nanometers; the Mg Ti O nano-catalysts are in orthorhombic crystal phases and are photochemical nano-catalysts with extremely high catalysis efficiency; the method is used for preparing the pure-phase Mg Ti O nano-catalysts.
