Using the Enzyme-Inhibited Reaction Method to Detect Cd,Sn and Pb ions Residuals in Foods

2007
The presently used GB method for detecting heavy metals is high sensitivity and selectivity, however, the equipments are expensive. This paper aims at establishing a quick, convenient enzyme inhibition method which needs only vis-spectphotometry to detect Cd,Sn,and Pb.The effects of metal ions on the activity of glucose oxidase(GOD)-peroxidase(POD) was deteded by using the restraining effect. The detection limits of Cd,Sn,and Pb are 1.3 μg/mL,0.4 μg/mL,and 1.4 μg/mL,respectively.The rate of recovery of the metal ions ranged from 92.7% to 105.7%,and RSD%≤1.0% in the samples.
