Influence of the Aggressive Internet Environment on Cognitive Personality Disorders (in Relation to the Russian Young Generation of Users)

The study of the clinical and dynamic patterns of auto-aggressive behavior of Internet-addicted users seems very interesting and promising in terms of the appropriate development of effective recommendations for prevention and treatment. All patients had some dissociation, i.e. an addictive dissociation of personality according to the chemical type. Patients are aware of the presence of negative subpersonalities, recognize their identification with them at the moments of actualization of their desire to play or to commit illegal actions. They also emphasize that the activation of the addictive subpersonality leads to the failure of the fulfillment of intentions and intended goals, impulsive behavior and actions. As our research has shown, patients with Internet addiction disorders are characterized by a high suicidal risk, which necessitates specialized psychotherapy aimed at correcting suicidal tendencies in the psyche. The format of the developed and tested no-suicidal psychotherapy for patients with Internet addiction disorders proves its effectiveness and adequacy. Thus, it is necessary to develop an individualized strategy for the primary prevention of emotional disorders and addictive behavior in the future, taking into account the respective age groups.
