Local magnetization of TiBe2 studied by NMR

Abstract Ti NMR data taken at T =1.4 K in fields up to 120 kG are found to be sample independent. The absence of any singularity in the Knight shift, T 1 or linewidth at H ≈60 kG allow us to conclude tha the M ( H ) anomaly is due to narrow peak of the density of states rather than to any magnetic transition.
