Visual Analysis of COVID-19 Research Hotspots of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Ucinet and Netdraw/ 基于Ucinet和Netdraw的国内2019新型冠状病毒中医药研究热点的可视化分析

2020
Objective To analyze the current status of Chinese medicine research on COVID-19 Based on research hotspots and mainstream views in this field, we chose to develop in-depth cooperation with core scientific research unit and scientific research workers, carry out systematic research work on COVID-19 From the prevention of COVID-19, the experience on the treatment of mild syndrome, the treatment of common type, and the later care was summarized Method By searching the CNKI database, the search strategy was “new coronavirus” as the theme, containing “traditional Chinese medicine” The retrieval time was from 2019-11-01 to 2020-03-23 We exported the retrieved Chinese journals to Refworks format, used Ucinet software and Netdraw software to generate visual collinear network diagrams of author, publishing agency, as well as the keywords we found out high-frequency keywords, cooperation between authors and institutional cooperation Then we chose to cooperate with core authors and core research institutions On the one hand, we analyzed mainstream views On the other hand, combined with the actual situation of our hospital, we formulated a systematic treatment plan for our hospital to treat COVID-19 Results 1 TCM research of COVID-19 has been studied in disease attribution, pathogenesis, TCM syndromes, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment plans, TCM prescriptions, among which, "new coronavirus", "Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment plan", "syndrome differentiation and treatment", "etiology and pathogenesis", "traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type"," principle of treatment" are the current research hotspots and key points In terms of disease attribution, it is still the current main point of view to classify the COVID-19 as "epidemic" In terms of etiology and pathogenesis, there are relatively many studies on "damp turbidity", “damp epidemic”, "dampness toxin", "dampness toxin epidemic" and "epidemic toxin" In terms of TCM syndromes, "syndrome of wind warmth with dampness" and "syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin" are included in the most studies In the diagnosis and treatment plan, "combination of disease and syndrome" and "treatment in accordance with stages" are advocated These treatments, such as "dispersing Qi method", "detoxification method", “eliminating dampness method”, "resuscitation with aromatics method" and "strengthening vital Qi to eliminate pathogenic factor method" which are respected by most medical practitioners In terms of traditional Chinese medicine, the four prescriptions "Qingfei Paidu Decoction", "Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction", "Dayuan Yin" and "Yupingfeng Powder" are more prominent and there are many researches 2 In terms of the geographical distribution of research in the country, nearly two-thirds of the provinces in the country have produced research papers, and nearly 1,140 researchers have participated in the disease research The core researchers include WANG Yuguang, YANG Fengwen, ZHANG Junhua, MIAO Qing, ZHANG Boli, LIU Qingquan, LI Xiaodong, WANG Hui, PANG Bo and WANG Yongyan Several research groups have been formed among the authors 3 In terms of research institutions, the three institutions of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranked among the top three in terms of the number of articles published, and are the core institutions of this researc But nationwide, the cooperation between authors and scientific research institutions is relatively loose Conclusioni¼s1 At present, traditional Chinese medicine research on COVID-19 has attracted extensive attention from domestic scholars The theoretical research focus should still be placed on the attribution, pathogenesis, TCM syndromes, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment plans, and TCM prescriptions "Syndrome differentiation and treatment", "etiology and pathogenesis", "TCM syndrome types", "principle of treatment" are the hotspots of research at this stage The majority of scientific research workers and various scientific research institutions participate widely, but in-depth cooperation between scientific research workers and scientific research institutions not enough 2 Combined with the actual situation of our hospital, based on research hotspots and mainstream viewpoints in this field, we chose to cooperate in depth with core scientific research units and scientific researchers Through systematically in-depth research on COVID-19, we finally decided to discuss the treatment in stages and the treatment plan based on syndrome differentiation In the disease prevention stage, the popular prescription "Yupingfeng Powder" was selected and "Jiuwei Yufang Formula" was created to effectively prevent the disease In the treatment stage, based on the data obtained by the analysis of the scientific research work and the treatment methods recognized by the authors, such as“dispersing Qi method", "detoxification method", "eliminating dampness method”, "resuscitation with aromatics method" and "strengthening vital Qi to eliminate pathogenic factor method", we put forward combination of four methods dispersing Qi and relieving the exterior method, clearing heat and detoxification method, harmonizing the exterior and the interior method and resolving the turbid method We created "Xuanqing Hehua Decoction" for COVID-19 medical observation period and clinical treatment period of slight fever patients, "Coronavirus Pneumonia II Decoction" for the treatment of common types of COVID-19, effectively preventing the progression In the stage of rehabilitation, we used comprehensive treatment methods of drug treatment and rehabilitation training, which included the combination of medical treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Qi and Yin deficiency and the combination of eight-sectioned exercise, simplified Taijiquan, respiratory guidance, moxibustion, acupoint application, auricular pressure, dietary guidance and emotional therapy rehabilitation , and thus forming a treatment system from prevention to rehabilitation, greatly improving the cure rate 3 This article drawn the related literature knowledge map based on the status of traditional Chinese medicine research on COVID-19, revealed the overall overview of related research through the related literature map, and applied this big data to specific clinical research ideas to guide clinical practice activities Since the pneumonia broke out in the country, we quickly grasped the research hotspots and key points, found out core researchers and research units, strengthened the cooperation, determined the treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine, and quickly used it for clinical treatment, with the advantages of rapid response and rapid respond
