Assaying of the Lipsoluble Chemical Components of the Extracts from Semen Firmianae by Supercritical Fluid Extraction

Supercritical fluid extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were employed to assay the lipsoluble chemical components in Semen Firmianae and NIST spectral database were used to analyze and identify these components.Ten constituents were isolated and identified and most of them were unsaturated fatty acids and esters;these components covered 83.37% of the total peak area.
