Then Design and Application of Pinhole Camera Used in ShenguangIII Prtotype

The online pinhole camera is demonstrated.The function,design and online real-time measurement are discussed.No breakage is introduced to the vacuum level,the data achieving speed is imperoved as weel as the data accuracy,and the laser focal spot can be accurately obtained.
