The invention provides a movable gap covering device (7) convenient to operate, which is used for covering a movable gap between a first part (8) and a second part (9) which can be movably connected together. The covering device (7) comprises an elastic material main body (74) and a carrier block driving elastic assembly (71) capable of horizontally moving forward and backward in a cavity in the elastic material main body (74), wherein the carrier block driving elastic assembly (71) comprises a squeezing force elastically-transferring component (711), two wedge tooth parts (715 and 716) which are symmetrically and fixedly arranged at two sides of the squeezing force elastically-transferring component (711), and an internal thread sleeve (713) which is fixedly arranged at the central axis of the squeezing force elastically-transferring component (711) through peripheral fixing teeth; and articulated linkage plate parts (712 and 714) are symmetrically arranged at the front and back sides of the carrier block driving elastic assembly (71) respectively.
