The formation of complexes of polypiperidol-4 derivatives with ions of transitional metals*

The formation of complexes between ions of the transitional metals and polypiperidol-4 derivatives has been studied by potentiometric and conductometric titration, spectroscopy and viscometry. It is shown that in solution the polymer-metal complexes display the properties of typical polyelectrolytes. The effect of pH of the medium on the stability of the complex has been studied.
