The invention discloses a cable clamp capable of replacing a main cable. The cable clamp comprises an upper cable clamp body and a lower cable clamp body, wherein the upper cable clamp body consists of n small upper cable clamp bodies with separating structures; each small upper cable clamp body is provided with a groove; cuboids of connecting steps are arranged on the two sides of the groove; m holes for mounting high-strength bolts are formed in the connecting steps on the two sides; the lower cable clamp body is a cable clamp body provided with n grooves; m holes for mounting high-strength bolts are formed on the two sides of each groove respectively; the grooves of the small upper cable clamp bodies correspond to the grooves on the lower cable clamp body in shape and size; and the n small upper cable clamp bodies with the separating structures are respectively connected with the lower cable clamp body with n grooves through the high-strength bolt pairs to form the combined cable clamp with n through holes used for clamping a small main cable. The single main cable is divided into n side-by-side small main cables and clamped. After a suspension bridge is built, the small main cables can be checked, maintained and replaced by independently detaching the small upper cable clamp bodies one by one. N is more than or equal to 3 and less than or equal to 10, and m is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 50.
