Research and application of dynamic water distribution model for secondary cooling section in slab continuous casting

Based on on-line temperature calculation model and surface temperature prediction model for cooling section,an dynamic water distribution model was designed to realize the adaptive control for cast surface temperature.In this method,weight of neural network water distribution model was adjusted to minimize deviation between cast surface temperature and object temperature.Field data analysis proves suitability of the model.Simulation results show that surface temperature control effect of the model is better than control effect of temperature calculation model.
