Dynamic data processing for emergency monitoring by mobile devices

The approaches and technologies of remote monitoring of a person in emergency by means smartphone were developed. Possible ways of data processing were analyzed for rising information capability of imperfect data. Neural network with one hidden layer was used for identification of person moving. Cross-entropy was used as a criterion.
