Exploration on Experiment Teaching of High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Drug Analysis

High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method is one of the important methods for drug analysis,and the instrument employed is very expensive.This paper introduces the high performance liquid chromatography technology,and based on the practice,an experiment teaching method of HPLC is explored through three aspects and illustrated with good effect.
