O ATO DE ENSINAR: ESTÁGIO DA DOCÊNCIA NO CAMPO JURÍDICO

RESUMO O objetivo do ensaio e refletir sobre o ato de ensinar no campo juridico. Para tanto, recorre a tres tecnicas de ensino-aprendizagem aplicadas na graduacao em Direito do Centro Universitario Curitiba. Conclui que o uso isolado das tecnicas irrompeu como um obstaculo, o que sugere que as experiencias vivenciadas e aqui relatadas podem ser potencializadas a medida que as tecnicas forem utilizadas de forma complementar e em conformidade as circunstâncias concretas de ensino-aprendizagem. PALAVRAS CHAVE: O ato de ensinar; estagio da docencia; campo juridico. ABSTRACT This essay proposes a reflection on the act of teaching in Law School. It reviews three techniques used in an undergrad class in law at the University Center Curitiba. We realized that the isolated use of a single technique represented a barrier, which indicates that the experience herein reported can be of most use if those techniques are used in a complementary manner and in accordance to the specific circumstances of teaching and learning.
