Thermische Eigenschaften von Kunststoff/Metall-Gleitpaarungen: Untersuchungen an einem WAVE DRIVE-Getriebe

In the context of a research project the thermal characteristics of the plastic/metal sliding pairing were examined in detail. Such pairings are inserted into new developed precision gears. The limit values of the tribologic loads temperature, rotation and pressing force were determined by experimental investigations and respective calculations. Such experimental results can now be transferred to the behaviour of complete gears.
