BrØnsted/Lewis acids-promoted selective preparations of 3-hetero quinolines or 4/5-hetero triazoles from azides and hetero-alkynes

Abstract Selective preparations of hetero-quinoline and triazole derivatives, which were determined by the addition of a BrOnsted acid or a Lewis acid, were herein demonstrated. High regio-selectivity was observed over the reactions of alkynyl phosphonates, while alkynyl sulfides offered high efficiency. And various six or five-membered aza-cyclic compounds were successfully furnished in high yields (up to 94%) and good functional group compatibility (up to 39 examples).
