Battery sensor for automobile

2010
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile sensors, and in particular relates to a battery sensor for an automobile. A sampling resistor is adopted for obtaining the current information of a battery, has high precision and can be used for detecting small-signal current. The battery sensor comprises a sampling resistor, a voltage sampling circuit, a temperature sensor, an amplifier, an A/D converter and a microprocessor, wherein the sampling resistor is connected into the power supply circuit of the battery so as to cause the current of the battery to flow through the sampling resistor to obtain a current signal; the voltage sampling circuit is used for collecting the voltage signal of the battery and inputs the voltage signal into the A/D converter; the temperature sensor is used for collecting the temperature signal at an installation position and inputs the temperature signal into the A/D converter; the amplifier is used for amplifying the current signal and inputs the amplified current signal into the A/D converter; the A/D converter converts the received analog signal into a digital signal and inputs the digital signal into the microprocessor; and the microprocessor processes the current signal, the voltage signal and the temperature signal to obtain currents, voltages, electric quantity, temperatures and system diagnosis information.
