The invention provides a weak-corrosion carbon slurry for preparing a perovskite solar cell. The weak-corrosion carbon slurry comprises, by weight percentage, 2 to 20% of binder, 30 to 75% of organicsolvent, 0 to 5% of auxiliary solvent and 20-40% of conductive filler of carbon material, and the binder is dissolved in the organic solvent; the organic solvent has a solubility of less than 0.1 g ofthe perovskite material of the perovskite solar cell, and the organic solvent has a boiling point of greater than 60 DEG C. and less than 500 DEG C.; and the auxiliary solvent has a solubility of greater than 0.1 g of the perovskite material of the perovskite solar cell and has a boiling point of greater than 60 DEG C. and less than 500 DEG C. The weak-corrosion carbon slurry can not only reducethe corrosion of a perovskite thin film, but also enable good contact between a formed carbon electrode and the perovskite thin film. The invention also provides a perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The perovskite thin film of the perovskite solar cell has better integrity and good contact with the carbon electrode.
