Políticas urbanas y sus efectos en el crecimiento urbano del municipio Almoloya de Juárez, estado de México

Urban planning and housing policies are the main instruments of government intervention for land-use planning. Based on them, the guidelines that regulate land occupation, land-use planning, private promotion, land use, and part of the housing built from a mortgage instrument are defined. The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of urban planning policies implemented in the municipality of Almoloya de Juarez through the Bicentennial Cities Program on population and urban growth, 2000-1015. For this purpose, the work was based on the documentary review, the bicentennial cities program and field trips
