【Objectives】 To investigate the effect of activity variability of NF-κB in HL-60 to apoptosis and its mechanism. 【Method】 To inhibit the NF-κB activity of HL-60 cell with PDTC, and observe the Ara-c inducted HL-60 cell apoptosis variations and the variations of WT1 and Bcl-2 expressions. 【Results】 Inhibiting NF-κB activity can increase the effect of apoptosis of the HL-60 cells and the expression of WT1 and Bcl-2. 【Conclusions】 Inhibiting NF-κB activity can increase the effect of apoptosis of the HL-60 cells by directly down-regulate the WT1 expression, and indirectly down-regulate the Bcl-2 expression.
