Bullying is aggressive behavior that is done directly by a person or group that feels stronger so that it causes pressure on others both physically and psychologically, guidance and counseling teachers are required to give more attention and in-depth handling for students involved in bullying. Bullying beh.vior in the school environment can create an environment that is less supportive of student development, both in the academic and social fields. Bullying can hurt students, so they feel unwanted and rejected by their environment. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique used was observation by taking 6 people into research subjects, namely students of class VIII.8 who had been involved in bullying cases. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that counseling guidance services provided to overcome bullying with Rarional Emotive Theraphy counseling can be done bullying can be changed through rational emotive theraphy counseling that changes behavior or rational thought. The results of this study are said to be successful because of the changes that occur after individual counseling is done through rational emotive therapeutic counseling techniques
