Corona-resistant enameled wire paint and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to corona-resistant enameled wire paint and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: under the condition that a tooth disc type dispersion machine is used for stirring, adding an inorganic oxide raw material into an organic solvent, and controlling the linear velocity of the tooth disc type dispersion machine to be 10-22m/s and the shearing dispersion time to be 0.5-2h; then performing grinding by adopting a grinding machine, and controlling the linear velocity of the grinding machine to be 15-25m/s and the grinding time to be 3-6h to prepare an inorganic oxide pre-dispersion solution with D50 of less than 150nm and solid content of 50-70%; adding a coupling agent into the inorganic oxide pre-dispersion solution to form a corona-resistant modifying agent; and stirring the corona-resistant modifying agent and a paint material body at 70-100 DEG C to prepare the corona-resistant enameled wire paint. The corona-resistant enameled wire paint prepared by the method provided by the invention is high in solid content, low in viscosity and good in corona resistance and long-term storage stability, can satisfy a normal temperature line coating process, is convenient to use and is low in cost.
